1.The basics
These terms cover your use of this website and your relationship with Vanguard AI Consulting LLC, doing business as Vanguard AI Automations ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the site, booking a call, buying a course or working with us, you agree to them.
We've tried to keep them short and readable. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
2.Using this website
You're welcome to browse, learn from and share our website. We just ask that you don't:
- Copy or republish our content, designs or materials as your own.
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the tools behind it.
- Use the site to send spam or for anything unlawful.
We work hard to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it's provided for general information and may change without notice.
3.Strategy calls and proposals
Our strategy calls are free and there's no obligation to buy anything. Any advice we give on a call is general guidance based on what you've told us.
If we work together, we'll agree the scope, timeline and price in a written proposal or agreement. That document sets out the details of the project, and if it ever conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement wins.
4.Text messages (SMS)
When you give us your mobile number (for example on a call with our receptionist, when you book a call, or on one of our demo phone lines) and agree to receive texts, Vanguard AI Consulting LLC, doing business as Vanguard AI Automations, may text you about the appointment or request you made. That includes booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling messages and replies to your questions.
- How often: message frequency varies, usually 1 to 5 messages per appointment.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@vanguardaiautomations.com.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details, and our SMS Policy for how we ask for permission to text you.
5.Payments
Fees, payment dates and any refund terms are set out in your proposal, agreement or order page. Unless it says otherwise, invoices are due when issued and prices don't include taxes. If a payment is late, we may pause work or access until it's settled. We'll always talk to you first.
6.Your part
Good results are a team effort. When we work together, you agree to:
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts and tools we need.
- Review our work and let us know promptly if something isn't right.
- Only use the systems we build lawfully. That includes getting proper consent before your business calls, texts or emails anyone, and following the rules that apply to your industry.
- Keep your own logins secure.
7.Third party tools
The systems we build usually run on platforms owned by other companies, such as GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Zapier, Make, n8n, Stripe and Google. Those companies set their own terms, prices and limits, and they sometimes change them. Subscription fees for these tools are your responsibility unless we've agreed otherwise. We'll always do our best to adapt, but we can't be responsible for outages or changes made by other companies.
8.Working with AI
AI is powerful, but it isn't perfect. AI agents and automations can occasionally give wrong, incomplete or unexpected answers. We build in checks and hand things over to a human where it matters, but you should keep an eye on important conversations and decisions. Nothing our systems produce is legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
9.Results
We're proud of what our clients achieve, and the figures on this website reflect real past results. Every business is different, though, and results depend on many things outside our control, like your market, your offer and how the systems are used. So while we'll always work hard for you, we can't guarantee any specific outcome, revenue or return.
10.Courses and training
When you buy a course or coaching programme, you get a personal licence to use the materials for yourself and your own team. Please don't share your login, resell the content or publish it elsewhere. Access and any refund terms are set out on the page where you enrol.
11.Who owns what
What's yours stays yours. Your business data, branding and content always belong to you.
Once your project is paid in full, you own the specific workflows and configurations we build for you. We keep ownership of our own templates, methods, know how and course materials, which we use across many projects. You're free to keep using everything we've set up for you.
12.Confidentiality
We treat what you share with us about your business as confidential and only use it to do our work for you. We ask the same of you for anything private you learn about our business, such as our pricing and internal methods. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
13.Limits of our liability
We stand behind our work, and if something goes wrong, we'll work with you to fix it. To the fullest extent the law allows, though, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
14.Claims from others
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used the systems we built for you, for example by texting or emailing people without their consent, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
15.Ending our work together
Either of us can end our work together as set out in your proposal or agreement. If it doesn't say, either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. You'll pay for work done up to that point, and we'll help hand over access to your systems so nothing is left stranded.
16.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States. If we ever disagree, we'll first try to sort it out by talking in good faith. Most problems can be solved with a conversation.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. The version in place when you signed your proposal applies to that project unless we both agree otherwise.
18.Contact us
